CHADRON, Neb., Dec. 4 -- Chadron State College issued the following news release:
After bouncing between offense and defense, being out of school a year and overcoming a serious injury before working his way into the lineup, it can definitely be said that Joel Schommer has finally found his niche with the Chadron State football team.
The 24-year-old inside receiver came on like gangbusters late in the season and was the Eagles' leading receiver in the playoff games. . . .
