COLUMBIA, Mo., Oct. 5 -- The University of Missouri issued the following news release:
The Mizzou Alumni Association (MAA) honored 16 outstanding faculty and alumni Friday, Oct. 5, at its 40th Annual Faculty-Alumni Awards Ceremony in Reynolds Alumni Center. The Distinguished Service Award, the Distinguished Faculty Award and 14 Faculty-Alumni Awards were presented.
Lenard L. Politte, M.D. '62, of Columbia, received the Distinguished Service Award, the highest honor . . .
