PORTLAND, Ore., July 21 -- The Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission issued the following news release:
Olney "JP" Patt, Jr. today announced his resignation as the executive director of the Portland, Oregon-based Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission (CRITFC) effective August 1st, 2008, citing personal and family considerations.
Patt concludes a five-year tenure that witnessed the emotions of the 50-year commemoration of the loss of Celilo Fall . . .
