PIERRE, S.D., Aug. 21 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Attorney's office for South Dakota issued the following press release:
United States Attorney Marty J. Jackley announced that John Burgess Bad Hand, age 22, of Hastings, Minnesota, was sentenced on August 14, 2007, by United States District Judge Charles B. Kornmann to 108 months custody and three years of supervised release.
The defendant was originally indicted by a federal grand jury in November 2006 . . .
