PIERRE, S.D., Aug. 21 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Attorney's office for South Dakota issued the following press release:
United States Attorney Marty J. Jackley announced that Howard Killeaney, Jr., age 26, of Rosebud, appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Mark A. Moreno in Pierre on August 15, 2007, and pled not guilty to a two-count indictment charging him with aggravated sexual abuse of a child. The charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innoc . . .
