PIERRE, S.D., Aug. 22 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Attorney's office for South Dakota issued the following press release:
United States Attorney Marty J. Jackley announced that Michael Patrick Heim, age 59, of Watertown, South Dakota, appeared before U.S. District Judge Charles B. Kornmann in Aberdeen on August 16, 2007, and pled guilty to possession of child pornography.
The maximum penalty is ten years imprisonment and a $250,000 fine. Heim was origin . . .
