RAPID CITY, S.D., Aug. 21 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Attorney's office for South Dakota issued the following press release:
United States Attorney Marty J. Jackley announced today that on August 19, 2007, Lyle Blue Legs, age 30, of Pine Ridge, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Karen E. Schreier to 151 months imprisonment, five years supervised release, and ordered to pay $100 to the Victim's Assistance Fund. Blue Legs was originally indicted by a federal grand jur . . .
